Potato Eater Productions is an independent film company. We develop and produce feature films, and will back work we believe in.

Whether drama or comedy, we are looking for honest stories with heart and substance. We are open to most genres. We do not make horror.

We understand there is a place in cinema for entertainment for entertainment's sake, and we do not look down on it. But filmmaking is a labor, time, and cost-intensive process. We would rather spend those resources on work we find meaningful.

On AI

Finding AI filmmakers is a focus for us. The technology is genuinely interesting and exciting, and it is opening up a world of filmmaking opportunities that were not previously plausible for most — and in many cases not even possible.

We are actively seeking directors and generative artists with real, production-level experience capable of producing theatrical-quality feature films.
